Sam Meckey

President, WestCX

Sam Meckey is president of WestCX, overseeing the Mosaicx and Televox brands within West Technology Group. Sam joined WestCX in 2025, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in customer experience (CX), healthcare, and technology-enabled services. He brings a deep understanding of how to drive intelligent engagement, operational transformation, and customer satisfaction at scale. Sam most recently served as CEO of UpHealth, a publicly traded digital health solutions company. Prior to that, he led the healthcare business at EXL, driving its transformation into a tech-enabled services leader with a strong focus on enhancing the end-to-end customer journey. Earlier in his career, Sam held several leadership roles at Optum, culminating in his role as president of the $1 billion global business.

As a former U.S. Navy officer and pilot, Sam earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the U.S. Naval Academy, a master’s degree in aerospace operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Pam Kilzer

Chief Financial Officer, WestCX

Pam Kilzer is Chief Financial Officer of WestCX, overseeing the Mosaicx and Televox brands within West Technology Group. As CFO, Pam leads all financial strategy and operations, guiding fiscal performance, planning, and investment to support the company’s growth and transformation.

Before being named CFO, Pam served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mosaicx, where she led strategic planning, FP&A, and investor readiness. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Intrado’s Corporate and Shared Services division, advancing financial governance and operational efficiency across multiple business units.

Pam brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in global technology and communications organizations. She is recognized for aligning financial strategy with business execution – creating transparency, agility, and enterprise value through data-driven leadership.

Matt Whitmer

Chief Revenue Officer, WestCX

Matt Whitmer is Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing of WestCX, overseeing the Mosaicx and Televox brands within West Technology Group. In his role, Whitmer leads a team focused on serving enterprise clients as they embrace and implement Mosaicx' cloud-based solutions to revolutionize client engagement with conversational AI. He also sets healthcare leaders up for success with Televox's solutions, connecting them with the industry’s most powerful AI-enabled patient relationship management platform. Throughout his work, Whitmer plays a central role in fostering strong partnerships that generate high-quality leads and ultimately increase revenue. 

He has over 15 years of senior leadership experience focused on helping enterprise clients embrace and implement cloud-based engagement solutions. Before joining WestCX, Whitmer established and guided enterprise sales teams at multiple brands in the AI and customer contact industries, successfully raising their profile and value.

Rebecca Jones

Chief Operating Officer, WestCX

Rebecca Jones is Chief Operating Officer of WestCX, overseeing the Mosaicx and Televox brands within West Technology Group. She joined the WestCX in January 2021, bringing with her over 25 years of experience dedicated to driving business growth, fostering talent, and ensuring client success.

In addition to her role at Mosaicx, Rebecca is an active board member of Families for Effective Autism Treatment (FEAT) in Louisville, KY. She serves as the executive sponsor for Women of West, volunteers with the Molly Johnson Foundation to support children with special needs, and advocates for women in technology. Furthermore, Rebecca is a Savvitas Global Ambassador, a member of the Forbes Technology Council, and actively involved with Tech Up for Women and CCWomen, championing initiatives that empower women in the tech industry.

Juan Rosero

Chief Information Officer, WestCX

Juan Rosero is Chief Information Officer of WestCX, overseeing the Mosaicx and Televox brands within West Technology Group. With an illustrious career spanning multiple senior leadership positions at West Corporation, including his role as Senior Vice President of Technology for Life & Safety and UCaaS segments, Juan has continuously showcased his expertise in designing and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions across different industries.

Prior to his tenure at West Corporation, Juan held key executive positions at globally recognized companies such as Cable and Wireless, where his leadership drove the successful design, launch, and management of B2B, B2C, and B2G products across 40 countries.

Additionally, he worked at Liberty Latinamerica and Columbus Network where he spearheaded the successful rollout of IPTV, broadband, and IoT products. In these roles, Juan skillfully oversaw engineering, development, and operations, setting new industry standards and achieving remarkable results.

Timothy Wilde

AI Strategy Leader, WestCX

Timothy Wilde is Chief AI Officer of WestCX, overseeing the AI strategy and innovation roadmap across the Mosaicx and Televox brands within West Technology Group. In his role, Wilde leads the development and application of advanced AI technologies that drive intelligent engagement, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes for enterprise clients across healthcare, retail, and financial services.

Wilde brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, life sciences, and technology-enabled services. He has designed and executed large-scale AI, analytics, and automation initiatives that have transformed operations and elevated customer and patient experiences. Before joining WestCX, Wilde served in multiple global executive roles, including Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer, where he led complex digital transformations and spearheaded enterprise adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Wilde earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical informatics and holds advanced certifications in artificial intelligence and machine learning. His work reflects a consistent focus on harnessing AI to make customer interactions smarter, healthcare delivery more connected, and organizations more adaptive in an intelligent enterprise era.

Lisa Autry

Chief Administrative Officer, WestCX

Lisa Dowlen Autry is the Chief Administrative Officer of WestCX, where she leads legal, human resources, and procurement across the Mosaicx and Televox brands. She oversees shared services strategy and enterprise governance, aligning people, processes, and compliance to support organizational growth and change.

Lisa joined West Technology Group in 2019 as Deputy General Counsel, expanding her leadership scope across legal operations, compliance, investigations, M&A, and enterprise programs before moving into her current role at WestCX. She brings more than 25 years of experience as an attorney across global technology companies, with deep expertise in employment law, regulatory matters, contracts, and organizational effectiveness.

Earlier in her career, Lisa served as a briefing attorney for Justice James A Baker of the Texas Supreme Court, and she brings experience from both law firm and corporate environments. Before attending law school, Lisa held human resources roles with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Texas A&M University, and her legal and HR experiences have shaped her people-first, compliance-driven approach to leadership.

Rick King

Chief Human Resources Officer, WestCX

Rick King is Vice President, Human Resources of WestCX, overseeing the Mosaicx and Televox brands within West Technology Group. With over 15 years of experience in HR leadership across financial services, tech, and healthcare, Rick is passionate about building strong teams and aligning talent with business goals. He began his career in recruiting and remains focused on driving culture and performance.
